Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking which will be credited towards your final payment. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Do you serve hot chocolate or other types of beverages?
Of course! We can do tea, hot chocolate, cold brew, etc. Just let us know what you are thinking and we should be able to make it work!
Do you sell your lemonades or coffee bottled?
Yes! This is perfect for branded events, brand activations, weddings, and baby showers.
Do you have power or space requirements?
Our cart requires a 5X5 space for the barista or mixologist to operate. For larger events with additional items like ice coolers, we recommend setting aside an 8x8 space. Our minimum requirements for all events include one dedicated 20-amp circuit.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable first payment of 50% is required to book and hold the date for your event. If the Client cancels less than 60 days from the event, Client forfeits the first payment paid to book the date. The payment can be credited towards a future date if the client reschedules the event by notifying us in writing and re-booking at an agreeable date and time within 90 dayes of the original date. Less than 30 days notice will forfeit all monies paid.
